Return Policy

Our return policy is binding and must always be followed.

We offer a 14-day return period, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To qualify for a return and 100% refund, your product must meet the following criteria:

Product Condition: The purchased product must be in the same condition as when you received it (including labels and in the original packaging). It must not have been used, washed, damaged, or altered.

Time Frame: Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.

Purchase Proof: Keep and, if necessary, provide a copy of your purchase receipt or order number as documentation.

Proof: Always include a clear reason and photos of your order to demonstrate that they are in new condition and unused.

Hygiene Products: Certain products, such as underwear, beauty products, or cosmetics, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Return Conditions:


Communication: Always contact customer service in advance via info@jacobs-boutique.com or via the contact form here to obtain approval for the return and to receive instructions.

Refund Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, you must send the package back to our warehouse.

Return Costs: You are responsible for the costs of returning your order.

Track & Trace: Your return must have a track & trace code, which is shared with us. This way, we can precisely see when your return has arrived at our warehouse and initiate a refund immediately. Without a track & trace code, we cannot track your shipment, and your right to a refund is forfeited because we cannot confirm that your order has actually arrived.

If your return request is approved, you will receive a return form. Your items must then be returned to our warehouse at the following address:

Returns sent to us without prior request and approval will not be accepted, and your right to a refund will be forfeited.

Damage and Issues:

Unfortunately, your product may get damaged during transport. Please inspect your order upon receipt, and if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately.

For the fastest resolution, email us with photos showing the damaged part or the incorrectly delivered product.

For defective or wrongly delivered products, we always send a new package first for free. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your purchase. If the product is defective for the second time, we will refund the full purchase amount, or if you choose to send it back.

If you are not satisfied with this policy, you always have the option to return the defective or wrongly delivered product at your own expense after approval from our department. In this situation, the normal return conditions apply, which you can find on this page.

Product Exchange:

If you wish to exchange your product, please return the original item first, and once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will automatically be refunded within 3-5 business days via your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If it has been more than 15 working days since we approved your return, please contact us at info@jacobs-boutique.com.

Information:

As stated on our shipping page, Jacobs Boutique works with various suppliers from China, and Jacobs Boutique delivers its products directly from the supplier. This allows us to save significantly on transportation, storage, packaging, and shipping costs, offering the products at the best price.

However, this means that our return policy is different from what you might be used to. Since our warehouse is located in Asia, you must send the package back to the supplier's warehouse in China.

As stated in our shipping policy, Jacobs Boutique is not responsible in any way for the costs of returning a product or products.

Please keep this in mind if you are purchasing multiple products that you want to try but not necessarily keep.
